When technical training completes, the next step is a one year employment agreement so our graduates can have either their first position in the IT sector, their first step in returning to the working world or even their first Dutch employer. During their year with us, they learn to transfer their knowledge by teaching the next cohort, work on client projects, learn further IT disciplines and skills like DevOps and project management and preparing to join their next employer. Using this model insures that our inclusive data community expands and reinforces collective success as the pathway to real change.
